VOLTAS recommends dividend of Rs. 5.50

The board of directors of VOLTAS Ltd have recommended Dividend of Rs.5.50 per share on face value of Re. 1 per share (550%) for the year 2021-22 which shall be subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing 68th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
