Black Rose Industries Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.550, special dividend of Rs. 0.20

The Board of Directors of Black Rose Industries Ltd at its meeting held on May 04, 2022, have recommended a final dividend of Re. 0.55 paise per equity share (i.e. @ 55% on the paid-up share capital) and considering an exceptional year for the Company, the Directors are pleased to recommend Re. 0.20 paise per equity share (i.e. @ 20% on the paid-up share capital) as special dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2022 subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
