Variman Global Enterprises board approves warrants issue, stock split

The Board of Variman Global Enterprises Limited at its meeting held on Tuesday, 03.05.2022 has considered and approved the allotment of 80,600 Equity Shares and 2,35,000 convertible warrants, both at an issue price Rs. 165/- per share (including a premium of Rs. 155/- per share).

The board also approved splitting of the face value of the existing equity shares from Rs. 10/- per share to Re. 1 share, subject to the approval of the share holders in the next general meeting.

Shares of Variman Global Enterprises Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 194.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 194.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 28789 in over 55 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 195.00 and intraday low of 189.60. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5569666.00.
