The Board of Directors of Pro Fin Capital Services Limited at the board meeting held today, Monday, May 02,2022, has allotted 14,13,38,000 equity shares of Rs 1 each, to the beneficial holders / holders of equity shares as on record date, ie. 29th April 2022, 'in the ratio of 2 bonus equity shares for every equity share of Rs. 1 each. The bonus issue does not involve issue of any fractional coupons.
