Dhanlaxmi Bank announces resignation of independent director

Dr. (Capt.) Suseela Menon R (DIN08785027), Independent Director of the Bank, has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Bank w.e.f 1st May 2022.

Dr. (Capt.) Suseela Menon R has informed that the resignation was due to personal reasons and her professional commitments and there were no other material reasons for the resignation. She does not hold directorship in any other listed company.

Shares of Dhanlaxmi Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 12.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 13.26. The total number of shares traded during the day was 105382 in over 325 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 13.40 and intraday low of 12.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1381311.00.
