Systematix Corporate Services Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of directors of Systematix Corporate Services Ltd at its meeting held today have recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 1/- (Rupees One Only) (10%) per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- (face value) each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, subject to approval of members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
