Fineotex Chemical Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.40

The Board of directors of Fineotex Chemical Ltd has recommended a final dividend subject to the approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting @ 20% i.e. Rs. 0.40 per Equity Share of Face Value of Rs. 2/- each, which amounts to Rs. 4,42,99,368/-(Four Crore Forty Two Lakh Ninety-Nine Thousand Three Hundred and Sixty-Eight) for the Financial year 2021-2022.
