JK Agri Genetics Ltd Board recommends dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of directors of JK Agri Genetics Ltd at its Meeting held today i.e., 26th April 2022, which commenced at 4:00 P.M. and concluded at 7.30 P.M., recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.50 per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each (15%). The said dividend if declared by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be credited / dispatched within three weeks of the said meeting.
