Cyient Ltd updates on class action lawsuits in US

Cyient Ltd has announced that 'Certain civil class action antitrust lawsuits have been filed in a U.S. District Court against one of the Company's US subsidiaries and one of its employees, amongst various other corporate and individual defendants. It is alleged in the suits that the defendants attempted to restrict the employment of individuals.

Based on the information available to date, we do not believe that the aforesaid matter will have any material adverse effect on the Company's operations, financial condition, or liquidity.

Shares of Cyient Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 831.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 806.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 25199 in over 2550 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 840.75 and intraday low of 814.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 20972512.00.
