TARMAT Ltd approves conversion of 38,02,576 warrants

The Board of directors of TARMAT Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. Thursday, April 21, 2022 have considered and approved the conversion of 38,02,576 warrants into 38,02,576 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each issued at a price not less than Rs. 72/- to Promoters and non-Promoters on a preferential basis.

Shares of Tarmat Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 64.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 63.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6699 in over 130 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 66.40 and intraday low of 62.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 431674.00.
