Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 30

The Board of Directors of Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd at their meeting held today, have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 30/- per equity share of Re.1.00/- each, for approval of the shareholders.

If approved by the shareholders, the final dividend shall be paid within thirty days from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting ('AGM'). The Record date for the purpose of determining shareholders eligible to receive dividend, shall be announced in due course.

Shares of Larsen & Toubro Infotech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 5486.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 5866.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 42519 in over 8478 trades.
