Adani Transmission Ltd to issue 15,682,600 shares to IHC Capital Holding LLC

The Board of Directors ('Board') of Adani Transmission Ltd, at its meeting held today i.e. 8th April, 2022, approved the issuance of 15,682,600 (Fifteen Million Six Hundred Eighty Two Thousand Six Hundred) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to IHC Capital Holding LLC incorporated under the laws of Abu Dhabi, UAE or to a subsidiary or an affiliated special purpose vehicle of IHC Capital Holding LLC on a preferential basis ("Preferential Issue") in accordance with Chapter V of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 ("ICDR Regulations"), as amended and other applicable laws, at a price of Rs. 2,454.95/- (Indian Rupees Two Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Four and Ninety Five Paisa Only) per Equity Share aggregating to Rs. 38,500,000,000, subject to the approval of regulatory / statutory authorities and the shareholders of the Company at the Extraordinary General Meeting. IHC Capital Holding LLC has issued an investment commitment letter to the Company and the investment will be subject to customary closing conditions.

Shares of Adani Transmission Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2458.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2484.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 79779 in over 12071 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2714.40 and intraday low of 2382.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 202396748.00.
