Ruchi Soya Industries allots 6,61,53,846 Equity Shares, raises Rs. 4300 crores

The Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of Ruchi Soya Industries Limited at its meeting held today (i.e. April 5, 2022) ("Issue Committee Meeting"), has approved the allotment of 6,61,53,846 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 2 each, for an amount aggregating to Rs. 4,300 crores, pursuant to the further public offering (Issue).

Pursuant to the allotment of Equity Shares in the Issue, the paid-up Equity Share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 59,16,82,014 to Rs. 72,39,89,706.

Shares of Ruchi Soya Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 875.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 938.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 181580 in over 9993 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 933.95 and intraday low of 861.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 162376823.00.
