Sangam India Ltd makes further investment in Sangam Ventures Ltd

Sangam (India) Limited has made further investment to the extent of Rs. 7.60 crores in Sangam Ventures Limited, a-wholly-owned subsidiary (WOS). Sangam Ventures Limited has allotted 76,00,000 Equity Shares on 10/- each on 3pt March, 2022.

Sangam Ventures limited, the Wholly Owned Subsidiary, was incorporated on 3rd December, 202l. It shall setup a world class plant for seamless garments. The product range will comprise of garments in various blends such as polyamide, spandex, polypropylene and natural fibres. The new plant of the WOS is under process of implementation.

Shares of Sangam (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 258.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 273.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4188 in over 286 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 279.05 and intraday low of 257.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1108736.00.
