W S Industries India Ltd to issue NCDs in lieu of outstanding loan

The Board of Directors of W S Industries India Ltd at its meeting held on 29th March 2022 to review the operations of the Company, general corporate matters, have approved the issue of 3,55,00,000 (Three Crore Fifty Five Lakh) fully paid up, unlisted, secured, redeemable Non Convertible Debentures having a face value of Rs. 10 (Rupees Ten) in lieu of outstanding loan due to M/s. Trala Electromech Systems Private Limited and the execution and performance of the debenture subscription agreement and other related documents between the Company and M/s. Trala Electromech Systems Private Limited.
