Asit C. Mehta Financial Services Limited has acquired 30,00,000 (Thirty Lakh) equity shares in Edgytal Fintech Investment Services Private Limited ("EFISPL") (ClN: - U74110M H2015PTC265441) at Rs. 15/- per share.

Post-acquisition the holding of the Company is 77.89 % of total issued, paid-up and subscribed equity share Capital in Edgytal Fintech Investment Services Private Limited ("EFISPL") (CIN: - U74110MH2015PTC265441). Pursuant to above acquisition, EFISPL has become subsidiary of M/s. Asit C Mehta Financial Services Limited ("ACMFSL").

In addition to above, company has also acquired 50,00,000 (Fifty Lakh) share warrants @ Rs 1.5 per warrant in Edgytal Fintech lnvestment Services Private Limited ("EFISPL") (CIN: U74110MH2015PTC265ML). Each warrant will entitle the company (ACMFSL) to apply for 1 equity share @ Rs. 13.5 (ranking pari-passu with existing equity shares). The warrant can be exercised within 18 months from the date of issue.
