Marg Limited's subsidiary Company M/s. Riverside Infrastructure Private Limited - Junction Mall Project built on OMR, Chennai is bought by M/s. Apollo Hospitals. The said acquisition happened under SARFAESI Act towards settlement of outstanding dues of lenders.
