Makers Laboratories Ltd fixes April 1, 2022 as record date for rights issue

The Committee of the Board of Directors of Makers Laboratories Ltd at their meeting held today have fixed Friday, 1st April, 2022 as the 'Record Date' for determining the entitlement of the members in the rights equity issue of 9,83,396 equity shares of the face value of Rs.10/- each at a price of Rs. 150/- per share, including a premium of Rs. 140/- per share, in the ratio of 1 equity share of Rs. 10/- each for every 5 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each held as on the record date.
