Supra Pacific Management Consultancy Limited to consider fund raising on March 30, 2022

A Meeting of the Board of Directors of Supra Pacific Management Consultancy Limited will be held on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the Corporate Office of the Company, to consider consider raising of funds by way of issue of Equity Shares of the Company on Private Placement basis to shore up working capital requirements of the company.

The board will also consider proposal to avail credit facility from The Federal Bank Ltd on such terms and conditions as mentioned in the sanction letter.
