Godrej Agrovet Limited makes Rs. 25 crore investment in Godrej Maxxmilk Pvt Ltd

Godrej Agrovet Limited has made additional investment aggregating to Rs.25 Crore in the Equity Share Capital of Godrej Maxxmilk Private Limited ("GMPL"), wholly owned Subsidiary Company, by way of subscription to Rights Issue and accordingly, has been allotted 7,35,295 Equity Shares of Face Value of Rs.10/- each of GMPL on March 22, 2022.

The Company is engaged in Agri-business and its principal business activities includes, to carry on in India and abroad the business of acquiring, breeding, rearing, reproduction, raising, selling and marketing of cattle, technological work related to cattle, research for cattle and dairy farming including developing high breed cattle.

Shares of Godrej Agrovet Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 459.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 465.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 21718 in over 1486 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 468.30 and intraday low of 458.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 10030984.00.
