SMS Pharmaceuticals successfully completes remote regulatory assessment by USFDA

SMS Pharmaceuticals Limited has announced the successful completion of remote regulatory assessment by USFDA for its testing facility, SMS Pharmaceuticals Limited (Central Laboratory Analytical Services) situated at Building No.2, 1st Floor, Sy. No.186, 189 & 190, Gagillapur Village, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, Hyderabad, Telangana - 500043, India and received Remote Assessment Report. As a result of this remote assessment, USFDA does not plan to take or recommend regulatory or enforcement action at this time.

The Company is committed to meeting the highest quality standards and is further committed to full compliance with cGMP & GLP regulations at all our manufacturing & Analytical facilities. The "Central Laboratory Analytical Services" is an independent testing laboratory, and this was the first Remote Regulatory Assessment [704(a)(4) Record Review] by USFDA and completed successfully.
