Triveni Turbine Ltd approves appointment of directors

Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of Triveni Turbine Ltd has at their meeting held today i.e. March 17, 2022, subject to the approval of shareholders, approved the appointment of the following Directors with effect from March 17, 2022:

a) Mr. Vipin Sondhi (DIN: 00327400) as Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) for a period of 5 years and

b) Mr. Pulak Chandan Prasad (DIN: 00003557) as Additional Director (Non-Executive Non Independent Director) who shall be liable to retire by rotation.

Shares of Triveni Turbine Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 187.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 184.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 46251 in over 1039 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 189.05 and intraday low of 183.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8640334.00.
