Gulshan Sugars Board to discuss on pricing of Public Issue

Gulshan Sugars & Chemicals Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 20, 2006 to consider and approve, the pricing of the proposed Public Issue of the equity Shares of the Company and also to consider & Approve the other related & incidental to the public issue.
