Black Box Limited board approves stock split

The Board of Directors ("the Board") of Black Box Limited (Formerly known as AGC Networks Limited) ("the Company") at its meeting held today i.e. on March 14, 2022 has, approved the proposal for Sub division/ Split of Equity Shares of the Company from face value of Rs. 10/- each into Equity Shares of face value of Re. 2/- each, subject to the approval of the members of the Company through the ensuing postal ballot.

Shares of Black Box Limited (Formerly known as AGC Networks Limited) was last trading in BSE at Rs. 802.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 806.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6816 in over 560 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 813.85 and intraday low of 792.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5450515.00.
