Data Infrastructure Trust to consider distribution on March 17, 2022

A meeting of the Data InvIT Committee of Brookfield India Infrastructure Manager Private Limited (formerly known as WIP (India) Private Limited), acting in its capacity as Investment Manager of Data Infrastructure Trust (formerly known as Tower Infrastructure Trust) ("Trust"), will be held on Thursday, March 17, 2022, to consider and declare distribution to unitholders for and on behalf of the Trust.

The record date for the purpose of aforesaid distribution, if declared, will be Monday, March 28, 2022.
