AGI Infra Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of AGI Infra Ltd at their meeting held today i.e Monday, March 14, 2022 at the registered office of the Company has declared an interim dividend of Re.1/- (Rupee One Only) (i.e 10%) per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2021-22.

The interim dividend will be paid to those Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company as on record date i.e March 23, 2022, already intimated vide our letter dated March 07, 2022. The interim dividend will be paid / dispatched to the Shareholders on or before 30 days from its declaration.

The board approved the redemption of 200 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures in terms of put option contained in the offer document dated April 19, 2017 before the maturity date i.e April 28, 2022. The same shall be paid to the debenture holder on or before March 19, 2022.

Shares of AGI Infra Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 231.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 232.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 295 in over 34 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 236.50 and intraday low of 228.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 68695.00.
