Blue Star Limited announces resignation of Group CFO

Mr Neeraj Basur has tendered his resignation on March 9, 2022 from the position of Group Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of Blue Star Limited to pursue his professional aspirations beyond the air conditioning and commercial refrigeration industry.

Mr Neeraj Basur will serve his notice period and will continue in his current role of Group Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel until he is relieved on or before May 31, 2022.

The resignation of Mr Neeraj Basur has been accepted by the Board of Directors through a circular resolution dated March 10, 2022.

The Company places on record its deep sense of appreciation towards Mr Neeraj Basur's valuable contribution over the past 8 years.

Shares of Blue Star Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 981.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 986.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7961 in over 1150 trades.
