PIL Italica Lifestyle to acquire minority stake in Atmosphere Workspace Solutions Pvt Ltd

A meeting of the Board of Directors of PIL ITALICA LIFESTYLE LIMITED will be held on Monday 14th March, 2022 to acquire minority strategic investment in Atmosphere Workspace Solutions Private Limited, a manufacturer of wooden and steel furniture and for other matters with the permission of the Chair.
