Canara Bank raises Rs. 1000 crore through Additional Tier I bonds

Canara Bank has successfully raised Basel III Compliant Additional Tier I Bonds, Series III. The bank came out with issuance of Rs. 1000 Crore of Additional Tier I bonds on 03.03.2022. The bank received total bid amount of Rs. 3133 Crore, out of which full issuance of Rs. 1000 Crore was accepted at 8.07%.

Shares of Canara Bank was last trading in BSE at Rs. 214.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 215.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 419854 in over 3484 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 220.50 and intraday low of 213.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 90897214.00.
