Skipper Ltd announces resignation of Sri Joginder Pal Dua as Independent Director

Sri Joginder Pal Dua (DIN: 02374358), Independent Director, vide his letter dated 25 February 2022, has tendered his resignation from the Board of Skipper Ltd w.e.f. 25 February 2022.

Sri Joginder Pal Dua in his letter has mentioned that his resignation is due to personal reasons and has confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation other than as provided in the resignation letter.
