Mr. Rajender Juwadi Rao to take charge as MD and CEO of Solara Active Pharma Sciences Ltd from Mar 1, 2022

Mr. Bharath R Sesha is getting relieved from the services of Solara Active Pharma Sciences Limited with effect from February 28, 2022 and Mr. Rajender Juwadi Rao will assume charge as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer with effect from March 1, 2022.

The board of directors of Solara takes onto record the contributions of Bharath and wish him the best for his future endeavors and look forward to Raj's leadership as we build Solara to a leading player in the space.

Shares of Solara Active Pharma Sciences Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 684.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 675.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10658 in over 1247 trades.
