Adani Power subsidiary gets favorable order from Supreme Court against Rajasthan DISCOMs

The Hon'ble Supreme Court has pronounced order in favour of Adani Power Rajasthan Ltd. ("APRL", Company's Wholly Owned Subsidiary) against Rajasthan DISCOMs in respect of Contempt Petition filed by APRL with Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.

Hon'ble Supreme Court has ordered Rajasthan DISCOMs to pay to APRL the outstanding principal amount, pertaining to recovery of impact of change in law, along with specified interest within a period of four weeks.

Shares of Adani Power Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 123.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 111.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7967955 in over 38075 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 127.80 and intraday low of 117.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 976137775.00.
