DRC Systems India fixes March 17, 2022 as record date for stock split

DRC Systems India Ltd has announced that March 17, 2022 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the name of the Shareholders entitled for sub-division of the Equity Shares of Face Value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each into Equity Shares of Face Value of Re. 1/- (Rupee One Only) each.
