Mangalam Organics forms subsidiary for launching retail pooja stores

Mangalam Organics Limited has formed "Mangalam Pooja Stores Private Limited" as a new wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company under Companies Act, 2013 with effect from February 17, 2022.

The new company is incorporated as a Company to carry on the business of opening of Retail Pooja Stores for Pooja related products.

Shares of Mangalam Organics Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 870.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 880.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3057 in over 629 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 884.85 and intraday low of 856.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2663840.00.
