Schaeffler India recommends dividend of Rs. 16

The Board of Directors of Schaeffler India Limited at its meeting held today has recommended a dividend for the year ended December 31, 2021 at the rate of Rs. 16/- per equity share of face value Rs. 2/- each.

The Dividend for the year ended December 31, 2021 if declared by the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) shall be paid within 30 days from the date of AGM.
