Metropolis Healthcare declares interim dividend of Rs. 8

The Board of Directors of Metropolis Healthcare Limited at their meeting held on Feb 11, 2022 have approved and declared payment of an Interim Dividend at the rate of Rs. 8/- (Rupees Eight only) per Equity Share on the Face Value of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) per Equity Share for the Financial Year 2021-22.

The Interim Dividend will be paid to the Members whose names appear in the Register of Members / Register of Beneficiaries as on the 'Record Date' i.e. Tuesday, February 22, 2022. The Interim Dividend will be paid to the shareholders within 30 days of declaration.

Shares of Metropolis Healthcare Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2419.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2459.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6625 in over 1370 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2442.45 and intraday low of 2363.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 15861011.00.
