Aegis Logistics Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Aegis Logistics Ltd at their meeting held on February 10, 2022, have considered and approved Interim Dividend of 200% i.e. Rs. 2.00 (Rupees Two) per equity share of face value of Re.1/ during the financial year 2021-22 and has fixed February 18, 2022 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend. The Interim Dividend shall be paid on or before March 11, 2022.
