AGI Infra Ltd receives permission for change of land use

AGI Infra Ltd has obtained the permission of Change of land use (CLU) vide Memo No. 238 CTP (PB)/SP-432-(J) for the new Project namely "Urbana Township" situated at Village Pholriwal, Tehsil Jalandhar-I, Distt., Jalandhar for the land measuring 51.99 Acres and the Company has initiated the process for obtaining the license for this project.

Shares of AGI Infra Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 234.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 233.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6061 in over 83 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 238.95 and intraday low of 228.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1412940.00.
