Magellanic Cloud to raise Rs. 250 crores through preferential issue

The Board of the Directors of Magellanic Cloud Limited at their meeting held today i.e. February 10, 2022 has considered and approved to raise additional capital to the extent of Rs. 250 Crores through Preferential Issue of Equity Shares / Convertible Warrants to Promoters / Promoter Group and Strategic Investors.

Shares of Magellanic Cloud Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 294.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 280.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 41546 in over 797 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 294.70 and intraday low of 282.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 12216702.00.
