Rapipay Fintech raises funds

Rapipay Fintech Private Limited ("Rapipay"), a material subsidiary of Capital India Finance Limited has raised funds from its shareholders / investors and made allotment of equity shares on private placement basis on February 8, 2022.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the percentage shareholding of the Company in Rapipay has been diluted and reduced from 55.60% to 52.50% with effect from February 8, 2022.

Shares of Capital India Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 122.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 123.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 750 in over 24 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 124.00 and intraday low of 119.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 90025.00.
