Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 5.50

The Board of Directors of Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd, in its Meeting held today i.e. on 9th February, 2022, have approved the payment of 2nd Interim Dividend of Rs. 5.50 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (@55% of the paid up equity share capital) for the Financial Year 2021-22.

The Interim Dividend shall be paid to the Members on 9th March, 2022.

Shares of Power Grid Corporation of India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 209.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 210.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 222507 in over 3946 trades.
