NIRLON Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 15

The Board of Directors of NIRLON Ltd at their meeting held on February 9,2022 approved the Interim dividend of Rs.15/- per equity share (@150%) of Rs.10/- each for the Financial Year 2021-22, subject to deduction of tax at source, which will be made on or after Thursday, February 24, 2022, to the Members whose names appear on the Record date.

The Record Date has been fixed as Friday, February 18, 2022 for determining the eligible shareholders for the above dividend.
