PG Electroplast to acquire 10.1% stake in solar power company

PG Electroplast Limited (the Company) on February 04, 2022 have entered into an agreement with Solarstream Renewable Services Private Limited (Target Company) to acquire 10.1% equity of the Target Company for solar power generated at the Solar Power Plant to meet the electricity requirement for the Company's manufacturing plants located at Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Shares of PG Electroplast Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 751.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 760.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 93420 in over 5588 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 764.05 and intraday low of 746.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 70674259.00.
