Gothi Plascon India Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Gothi Plascon India Ltd have declared an Interim dividend of Rs.1/- (Rupee One only) i.e 10% per equity share of Rs.10/- each for the financial year 2021-2022. Further, as informed vide letter dated 24/01/2022, the 14/02/2022 is the Record Date for determining eligibility of shareholders for payment of the said Interim Dividend, as declared by the Board. The dividend shall be paid/dispatched to the shareholders on or before 30 days from the date of declaration.
