REC Limited declares interim dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of REC Limited in its meeting held on February 4, 2022, approved the declaration of 3rd interim dividend @ Rs. 6/- (Rupees Six only) per equity share of Rs. 10/­ each for the financial year 2021-22.

The record date for the said interim dividend is Wednesday, February 16, 2022 and the said interim dividend shall be paid / dispatched on Thursday, March 3, 2022, to those shareholders whose names appear (a) as beneficial owners in the statement(s) furnished by the depository(ies) as on the close of business hours on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 in respect of shares held in electronic form; and (b) as members in the register of members on Wednesday, February 16,2022 in respect of physical shares.

Shares of REC Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 140.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 140.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 501627 in over 5001 trades.
