Maruti Suzuki posts sales of 154,379 units in January 2022

Maruti Suzuki India Limited sold a total of 154,379 units in January 2022. Total sales in the month include domestic sales of 132,461 units, sales to other OEM of 3,981 units and exports of 17,937 units.

The shortage of electronic components had a minor impact on the production of vehicles which are primarily sold in domestic market. The Company took all possible measures to minimise the impact.



Shares of Maruti Suzuki India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 8594.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 8553.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 21011 in over 4695 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 8717.80 and intraday low of 8553.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 181906374.00.
