LT Foods Board declares Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of LT Foods Ltd at its meeting held on January 31, 2022, has considered and approved the declaration of Interim dividend of Re. 0.50 per share on equity shares of the Company carrying face value of Re. 1/- each, of the Company for the financial year 2021-22 and the same shall be paid on or before March 01, 2022.
