HIL Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 20

The Board of Directors of HIL Ltd at their meeting held today i.e., on Thursday, January 27, 2022, has declared the payment of Interim Dividend of Rs.20/- (200%) per equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each, for the financial year 2021-22.

The board has fixed Wednesday, February 09, 2022 as the Record Date to determine the eligible shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members (Both Physical & Electronic mode). Eligible members will be paid said Interim Dividend within 30 days from the date of declaration.

Shares of HIL Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 4301.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4454.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2702 in over 1157 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 4524.80 and intraday low of 4256.80. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 11839268.00.
