Apcotex Industries Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Apcotex Industries Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. on 27th January 2022, approved the declaration of Interim Dividend @ Rs 2/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2021-2022.

Accordingly, the Board has fixed 11th February 2022 as record date for determining entitlement of members for the purpose of payment of interim dividend.
