Kore Foods Limited approves settlement of unsecured loan of Rs. 3.13 crore for Rs. 31.34 lakhs

The Board of Directors of Kore Foods Limited at its Meeting held on 26th March, 2025, has approved settlement of the unsecured loan of Rs. 3,13,47,148 received from Mr. Abdullah Fazalbhoy through One time Settlement between him and the Company with a consideration of 10% of Principle Amount i.e. Rs. 31,34,714 as full and final settlement. The detail terms are as under:

1. Settlement Amount: Rs. 31,34,714 (Rupees Thirty One Lakhs Thirty Four Thousand Seven Hundred Fourteen only).

2. Payment Date: The Company shall make the payment on or before 31st March 2025.

Shares of Kore Foods Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 29.53 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 30.13. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5898 in over 19 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 30.00 and intraday low of 29.53. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 174216.00.
